Registration Information

The registration fee of 380 euro includes:

• Workshop proceedings
• Workshop attendence
• Drinks at the workshop breaks
• 2 Dinners (including the Workshop Grand Dinner)
• 1 boat trip including lunch
• Lunch during the hiking trip

DEADLINE: All participants should register before July 1, 2005.

Conference Registration Confirmation

Confirmation of conference registration (after receiving payment) will be emailed within two days of receiving your actual payment. If you do not receive such a confirmation, contact Lidwina Tromp at +31 15 278 6196 or email l.m.tromp@ewi.tudelft.nl

On Site registration

On site registration is always possible but will require CASH payment of the registration fee.

Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed if requested in written before June 20, 2005. A handling fee of 50 euro will be charged. Fees cannot be refunded for cancellations requested after June 20, 2005.

Important Dates

June 20, 2005 : Cancellation deadline
July 1, 2005 : All bank transfers must be received. If payment cannot be made in time, payment has to be done in CASH on site.
