Registration Information

The registration fee includes:

• One of the Conference or Workshop proceedings
• Conference and Workshop attendance
• Drinks during breaks
• 2 Dinners (including the Grand Dinner)
• 1 boat trip including lunch
• Lunch during the hiking trip (July 20)

DEADLINE: All participants are encouraged to register before JUNE 12, 2006. All bank transfers have to be received before July 1, 2006

Conference and Workshop Registration Confirmation

Confirmation of registration (after receiving payment) will be emailed within two days of receiving your actual payment. If you do not receive such a confirmation, contact Lidwina Tromp at +31 15 278 6196 or email l.m.tromp@ewi.tudelft.nl

On Site registration

On site registration is always possible but will require CASH payment of the registration fee.

Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed if requested in written before June 19, 2006. A handling fee of 50 euro will be charged. Fees cannot be refunded for cancellations requested after June 19, 2006.

June 12, 2006 :Early registration deadline
June 19, 2006 : Cancellation deadline
July 1, 2006 : All bank transfers must be received. If payment cannot be made in time, payment has to be done in CASH on site.
