SAMOS VII: International Symposium on Systems, Architectures, MOdeling and Simulation Samos, Greece, July 16-19, 2007

Registration Information

Registration is still open but payment has to be on site.

The registration process is the same for both the SAMOS Conference and the SAMOS Workshop. Do not forget to fill in the appropriate field in the registration form to indicate this. In the following, we outline the registration procedure:

1. Download the registration form and fill in the form
2. Fax the form to Lidwina Tromp : +31 15 278 4898 or email to registration@samos.et.tudelft.nl
3. Calculate the total payment sum and perform the payment:
   • via Paypal (e.g., for credit cards)
   • via bank transfer - outlined in the registration form
   • on site in cash (ONLY after explicit permission from organizers)

The registration fee includes:

• One proceedings (either Conference or Workshop)
• Conference and Workshop attendance
• Drinks during breaks
• Grand Dinner
• 1 boat trip including lunch
• Lunch during the hiking trip (July 19, 2007)

NOTE for authors: In case you are an author of more than one paper in either the SAMOS Workshop or Conference, you only need to register ONCE. If you have multiple papers in both the SAMOS Workshop and Conference, you need to register TWICE (at most). Please indicate correctly which papers you are authoring and correctly add up the additional pages.

Deadlines

• Authors are requested to register and pay their fee before MAY 9, 2007 and to indicate the number of additional persons participating in the different events. Papers will not be published in the proceedings unless one of the authors has registered and payment of the registration fee (with the additional page charges) has been received.
• Participants are requested to register and pay their fee before JUNE 12, 2007 to be eligible for the early registration fee and to indicate the number of additional persons participating in the different events.

All participants are encouraged to register as soon as possible to allow us better scheduling of social events. All bank transfers and Paypal payments must be received before July 1, 2007.

Conference and Workshop Registration Confirmation

Confirmation of registration (after receiving payment) will be emailed within two days of receiving your actual payment. If you do not receive such a confirmation, contact Lidwina Tromp at +31 15 278 6196 or email registration@samos.et.tudelft.nl

On-Site registration

On-site registration is possible but will require CASH payment of the registration fee. In addition, explicit permission must be granted from the organizers.

Cancellation

Cancellation is allowed if requested in writing before June 19, 2007. A handling fee of 50 euro will be charged. Fees cannot be refunded for cancellations requested after June 19, 2007 or for author registrations.

May 9, 2007 : Author registration deadline
June 12, 2007 : Early registration deadline
June 19, 2007 : Cancellation deadline
July 1, 2007 : All bank transfers and Paypal payments must be received before this date. If payment cannot be made in time, payment has to be done in CASH on site.
